PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

ABOUT THESE POLICIES

Kloudient is an online education platform operated by Kloudient. These policies govern your use of our website (kloudient.com), our learning programs, and any related services. They apply to all visitors, registrants, and enrolled learners.

By registering for a webinar, purchasing a program, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies set out in this document. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These policies are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules. For questions about anything below, contact us at support@kloudient.com.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a program fee can be refunded, how cancellations are handled, and the timelines involved. It applies to all paid Kloudient programs, including the AWS Mastery cohort, unless a specific program page states otherwise in writing.

This policy explains when a program fee can be refunded, how cancellations are handled, and the timelines involved. It applies to all paid Kloudient programs, including the AWS Mastery cohort, unless a specific program page states otherwise in writing.

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Our flagship program is a live, cohort-based course with limited seats. Because seats are reserved and live instruction begins on a fixed date, our refund terms are tied to whether the cohort has started:

“Cohort start date” means the scheduled date and time of the first live session (Session 1) for the batch you enrolled in, as communicated to you at the time of enrolment or by email.

1.2 Founding Batch Seats

“Cohort start date” means the scheduled date and time of the first live session (Session 1) for the batch you enrolled in, as communicated to you at the time of enrolment or by email.

1.3 How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Founding Batch seats are offered at a special discounted price in exchange for participation, feedback, and a testimonial. In consideration of this discount, Founding Batch seats are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to continue before the cohort begins, we may, at our discretion, transfer your seat to a future batch or issue program credit of equal value.

1.     Email your request to support@kloudient.com from the email address used at the time of purchase.

2.     Include your full name, registered email, date of purchase, and order/transaction ID.

3.     State whether you are requesting a cancellation, a refund, a batch transfer, or program credit.

The date we receive your written request is the date used to determine eligibility — not the date you stopped attending or accessing materials.

1.4 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7- 10 days of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. We cannot refund to a different account, card, or person.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. The non-refundable administrative charge (up to 10%) and any applicable taxes already remitted are deducted from the refund amount.

1.5 What Is Not Refundable

  • Any fee where the cohort has already started (Session 1 has begun), regardless of attendance.

  • GST and other statutory taxes already paid to the authorities.

  • Payment gateway, currency-conversion, or transaction charges levied by third parties.

  • Free webinars, free demo sessions, and any complimentary material (no fee was charged).

  • Bonuses, downloadable resources, or services already consumed or delivered.

1.6 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Kloudient

If we cancel a cohort outright, or if we are unable to deliver the program for reasons attributable to us, you will be offered, at your choice, a transfer to the next available batch, program credit, or a full refund of the fee paid. We may reschedule sessions, change session timings, or substitute instructors of comparable expertise; such changes alone do not entitle you to a refund.

1.7 Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that fall outside this refund policy by presenting our records of the transaction and delivery.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through kloudient.com, our registration and payment flows, and our learning delivery.
